More Than Five People Detained During a Protest March on the Sidewalk

On 24 November in Tbilisi, police detained more than five people during a protest march taking place on the sidewalk.

Tension rose on the 362nd day of the continuous protest after citizens gathered in front of Parliament began a peaceful march toward Freedom Square.

During the march, police detained four individuals. After these detentions, part of the marchers decided to return to Parliament, during which police detained several more people.

According to available information, those detained include: Luka Khizadze, Data Kashiashvili, Lado Gamqrelidze, Giorgi Quruashvili, Dato Lominashvili, Erekle Koplatadze, and Irakli Modebadze.
