Georgia’s national football team goalkeeper, Giorgi Mamardashvili, has become a shareholder in the construction company “Dadiani Invest”  he purchased a 1% stake for 1 lari from former “Georgian Dream” MP Ilia Tsulaia.

According to documents uploaded to the Public Registry’s website, Ilia Tsulaia previously held the largest stake in “Dadiani Invest”  28%, from which he transferred 1% to Mamardashvili.

The purchase agreement is dated 19 September 2025.

After Ilia Tsulaia sold part of his shares, Tengiz Tsulaia who, according to media reports, is Ilia Tsulaia’s brother became the largest shareholder of “Dadiani Invest” with a 27.5% stake. The smallest stake is now held by the new partner, Giorgi Mamardashvili.

Ilia Tsulaia is the founder of the construction company “Archi Group.” “Dadiani Invest” plans to develop the territory of the former wagon repair factory, including the construction of residential buildings and entertainment spaces. The land was purchased from companies owned by family members of “Georgian Dream” MP Nino Tsilosani.
